Belly fat is not only a complaint in terms of appearance, it can be a warning sign that your body needs help. If excess belly fat is something you want to get rid of or have tried to fight before, the strategies you used probably included long hours at the gym doing sit-ups and aerobics classes, starving yourself, and praying!
But in fact, excess belly fat is usually a metabolic problem involving your hormones, immune system, and detoxification pathways. In spite of claims otherwise, situps will NOT melt away belly fat. In fact, heavy duty abdominal exercises can make your belly appear to be even bigger as your muscles grow under the fat!
You'll be happy to know that belly fat can be eliminated, brain fog can be lifted, and your energy can be restored. And it's actually easier than you think. I created these resources so that you don't need to suffer any longer. Truth be told, I've lost many friends and family members to just the sort of metabolic imbalances that cause belly fat, brain fog and burnout. My parents, sister, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncle and friends just might have been spared premature exit from this world had they adopted the habits I'll share on this video series.
