The Air Jordan 8 Retro “Chrome” is making a return as a remastered retro in 2015 as part of a tribute to Michael Jordan’s 3-Peat which came from victories from LA Lakers, Blazers and the Suns.
One of the first non-OG colorways of the Air Jordan 8, the Black-and-Chrome version makes its return this holiday season. Upon its first release in 2003, the shoe became an instant classic.
The shoe features a premium Black durabuck upper with Grey and White accents that can be seen on the infamous logo and tongue, as well as the heel of the shoe. Other details include the traditional anti-inversion cross straps and Chrome detailing on the buckle of the strap and pulls design details from the Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs” and Air Jordan 8 “Aqua”.
