Chef Karen Osborne has been preparing delicious raw food since 2001 when she was introduced to the concept and fell in love. Karen’s passions are converting cooked recipes to raw recipes and helping people help themselves to be as healthy as they can be with delicious food. Karen is a graduate of Living Light Culinary Arts Institute and enjoys creating delicious sweet creations for special celebrations and giving private instruction in raw food preparation in the Austin, TX area where she lives with her husband and her youngest daughter (who is not that young) and manages the Fresh’n Fun co-op for Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo.
