My goal is to empower you, to inspire you and to
educate you so that you can make choices that move you towards better and better
health. I believe that the foundation of health care is education. You
need to learn what's best for YOU. But knowledge is often not
enough to inspire ACTION.
Information is Often Not Enough
I've
seen it hundreds of times in my coaching. Intelligent, well read
individuals like you with lots of knowledge about what to do and why to do it,
but the how seems to elude you. Taking consistent steps towards health and
putting the knowledge into action is what is so important yet so challenging on
your own.
We offer a variety of Integrated Health Care
Services, Health and Wellness Coaching, Classes, Support Groups, and Resources
to help you to move from wherever you are on the health journey towards wherever
you strive to be, and help you to stay on the path when the going gets rough.
Education is empowerment. Support is the ignition
switch. This belief has lead me to develop a variety classes and workshops
that not only provide information, but provide powerful tools to put the
information into practice.

believe that you should be able to set the pace and I support you in your
choices. Taking on too much too fast can sabotage you in your efforts and
cause setbacks. Yet knowing what steps to take first and how to pace the
changes is quite a challenge to take on by yourself.
That's where I come in.
I'm a health detective and coach with over 20 years of
highly specialized training and skills. I look for the clues you
won't see, and I put all the clues together to solve the riddle, because
your health is not like anyone else's. My clients and patients have various
goals. Some are recovering from
years of illness,
some from just a bit of neglect, and others strive to reach their peak
performance.
The health care disciplines in which I am trained
include Clinical Nutrition, Chiropractic, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture,
Heartmath® One on One Training, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cranio-Sacral
Therapy.

We have much more control over the way we feel
than we are generally lead to believe. In general,
disease does
not just happen randomly. It results from disruption of the body’s
self-regulating mechanisms and a loss of ability of the cells to repair and

Our state of health is generally a result of a
